Who is behind the newsletter?
I'm Sophia Sager. As Content Manager at BHS tabletop, I take care of strategic planning, content creation and its publication on the various marketing channels. My mission is to inform restaurateurs about current trends and topics related to food, tableware, and industry-relevant topics. After work, I relax by riding my horse through the forest or meeting friends for coffee.
