BHS tabletop - THE TABLEWARE COMPANY - exclusively offers products in the portfolios of its brands that meet the high quality demands in the hotel and catering industry.
The HEART&SOUL brand stands for trendy gastro porcelain with a special look and feel. All articles are made of Vitrified China and score with excellent usage properties.
The high edge impact resistance of the following items in the PERFECT MATCH collection are guaranteed for five years:
- Plate flat round coup
- Plate deep round coup
- plate oval coup

Registration
In order to make use of the warranty, registration is required within six weeks of the invoice date. Registration is only possible online using the following form.
General terms and conditions
The edge impact warranty is valid for five years from the date of invoicing. The warranty applies to the customer named in the invoice address. It covers the collections and items named on the submitted invoice. Each new order must be registered accordingly.
This warranty applies only to edge chips on round and oval coup plates and oval plates made of Vitrified China of the HEART&SOUL brand. These are marked accordingly in the brand's leaflets.
The warranty will only come into effect if the chipping on the claimed items occurred under normal use during serving, dishwashing, storage and refrigeration and handling errors can be ruled out. The examination of the claim is carried out by an independent laboratory. The recognition of the warranty case lies finally exclusively with BHS tabletop.
This warranty does not cover breakage.
This warranty is only valid if the commercial end customer registers online within six weeks of the invoice date.
Once a registration has been made online, the customer will receive a copy of the warranty registration form by mail.

valid. Your customer service representative will discuss the details and, if necessary, the return of the goods with you.
The use of the warranty does not extend or renew the warranty obligation.
In the case of a warranty claim, we will deliver a replacement in the same quantity, article and sorting as the claimed goods. The claimed articles become the property of BHS tabletop. The replacement delivery is free of charge.
