Selb/Weiden, Germany, July 3, 2026 – BHS tabletop AG has completed the leadership transition announced earlier this year. Effective July 1, 2026, Jens Becker has been appointed Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the company.
He succeeds Christoph Auer, who has returned to the Supervisory Board and resumed his role as Chairman, as planned. In this capacity, Auer will continue to play an active role in supporting and shaping the strategic development of BHS tabletop AG.
Continuing the Company's Strategic Transformation
The appointment marks another important milestone in the organizational realignment initiated by BHS earlier this year. The company is focused on strengthening its international presence, enhancing competitiveness, and creating a solid foundation for sustainable long-term growth.

Jens Becker brings decades of leadership experience in international industrial and B2B environments. Throughout his career, he has held senior management positions across Europe, Latin America, and Asia.
His professional expertise includes:

- Corporate strategy and growth initiatives
- Business transformation and restructuring
- Mergers & Acquisitions and post-merger integration
This experience strongly supports BHS tabletop AG's strategic priorities, particularly the continued internationalization of the business and the further strengthening of its global market position.
Together with Chief Operating Officer (COO) Ali Tolu, he will lead BHS tabletop AG into its next phase of development.
