Change in the management of BHS tabletop AG

On September 1, 2025, Mr. Gernot Mang will take over as CEO of BHS tabletop AG. With his international CEO experience in the premium brand industry, he will continue to drive the strategic development of the company.

Schönwald, September 1, 2025 – Dr. Philipp Diekmann is stepping down as CEO of BHS tabletop AG at his own request on September 1, 2025, and will leave the company after a transition period and orderly handover to his successor. “We would like to thank Philipp Diekmann for his work at BHS tabletop AG. He has developed BHS tabletop AG with great dedication and provided important impetus even in challenging times. We wish him all the best for his personal and professional future,” says Kamil Grzelak, Chairman of the Supervisory Board.

Mr. Gernot Mang will take over the role of CEO with immediate effect. Mr. Mang brings with him many years of international experience as CEO in strategic realignment and transformation in the premium brand industry – including at Rodenstock and Poggenpohl, Silhouette and Saeco. With this expertise, he will work with the management team and all employees to focus on systematically implementing measures that will bring the company closer to its goals step by step.
