Weiden/Selb, February 27, 2026 – On March 1, Christoph Auer, currently Chairman of the Supervisory Board, will take over as interim CEO. The previous CEO, Gernot Mang, will leave the company at the end of February. The position of CEO will be filled by an external manager in the middle of the year.

The position of CEO will be filled by an external manager in the middle of the year. He has many years of management experience in the industry, comprehensive expertise in transformation processes, and in-depth competence in international management. The name will be announced at a later date. Once the position of CEO has been permanently filled, Christoph Auer will return to his role as Chairman of the Supervisory Board. During the transition period, Mario Herrmann, previously Deputy Chairman of the Supervisory Board, will take over as Chairman of the Board.

Ali Tolu will also join the Executive Board as COO on March 1. He was previously a member of the management team, where he was responsible for production and logistics as Head of Operations. The Executive Board is supported by a three-member management team. Johannes Breitschaft is responsible for marketing and sales, thereby combining key market-related functions. Nicolas von Stülpnagel is responsible for commercial operations and IT. Steffen Sauer is responsible for transformation and thus oversees the implementation of company-wide change and modernization programs. With this reorganization, BHS tabletop AG is strengthening its management structure and creating clear responsibilities. The changes in management accompany the strategic
development of the company, which focuses on production at the Weiden site and the expansion of international sourcing. At the same time, the company is realigning its brand strategy - with the expansion of Heart & Soul in the casual segment and a premium offensive including a stronger sales force and digital marketing. The goal remains to be an economically sound, innovation-oriented, and reliable company with a clear perspective.
